Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security procedures to safeguard assets and personnel.
  • Ensure the orderly entry and exit of approximately 10,000 workers at the project site each day to avoid any disputes.
  • Ensure that all land access is not obstructed by excessive project site vehicles, preventing congestion on other airport roads and affecting the usage of other stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements based on the progress of the project site.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the security team.
  • Review the security manpower and shift arrangements regularly according to the progress of the project.
  • Coordinate with other AAHK Departments (i.e., SSBC, Landside Department, etc.), local law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
  • Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations.
  • Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10-15 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Must be a team player; having a collaborative spirit.
  • Must be responsible, mature, self-motivated, and positive.
  • Must demonstrate the following traits - leadership, customer focus, smarter execution, result-oriented, passionate.
