Responsibilities Manage daily office administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and maintaining intranet contact information accuracy. Oversee procurement, fixed assets, office supplies and end‑to‑end vendor management—including sourcing, contract renewals and service level monitoring. Assist in coordination and documentation related to office renovation, maintenance, and environmental & facilities management. Attend to company guests with professionalism, providing on‑site support during catering or dining events as required. Coordinate and assist in organizing staff activities and events. Handle any ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or any related discipline. Minimum of 2 years working experience in an administrative role. Be organized, self‑motivated and with a professional and service‑oriented attitude.
