Requirements Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (preferably in Accounting or a related field). Minimum 2 years of accounting‑related working experience, preferably within the shipping industry. Experience in office administration is preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., MYOB) is a plus. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proactive, a fast learner, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Assisting the Accounting Manager with Accounting and Administrative tasks. Daily accounting operations, including data entry, preparing vouchers, and maintaining accurate financial records. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Organize and maintain company filing systems (both physical and digital). Assist with tasks such as leave record management. Handle general office coordination and logistics (e.g., preparing meeting rooms, handling mail/courier). Undertake additional tasks as required and directed.
