Quality Assurance Professional, Consumer Banking Assist Team Head in implementing QA frameworks with focus on Investment & Insurance Product by conducting regular review in accordance with internal guidelines, procedures and regulatory requirements. Regularly review and update Quality Assurance Methodology. Identify the risk and internal control issues, provide recommendation on risk and internal control issues and proactively reach out to respective units. Conduct the sample testing and prepare the review reports with detailed findings and recommendations within the timeframe and follow-up the management response and remedial actions provided by the responsible units. Provide regular training to frontline associates on Quality Assurance perspective. Mentor junior QA analysts and foster a culture of quality and accountability. Co‑ordinate with internal and external reviewer and provide response for onsite / offsite examinations. Handle Ad‑hoc task as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. At least 5 years relevant experience in banking sector. Sound knowledge of investment & insurance product and AML & KYC procedures. Familiar with banking ordinance and regulations / guidelines issued by HKMA, HKIA and SFC. Good understanding of Investment and Insurance products. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. Strong presentation skills and proficient in written, spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua. Good time management and able to work independently as well as in a team.
