Securities Services Professional, Consumer Banking Responsibilities: Assist team head and department head in managerial role to manage the operation of the team. Assist in supervise daily securities operations and regulated activities. Contribute in generating idea and prepare business planning in order to achieve the division’s target. Assist in organize and guide various talent mechanism campaigns and driving continuous evolution. Provide guidance and support to front office for ensuring compliance with the operational risk framework, policies, procedures and guidelines. Work closely with relevant parties to come up with a solution that addresses department’s and division’s needs. For Night Shift Trader, assist in providing full range of US stock services including dealing, daily operations, assist in the setup of the new products and services, and also may assist in the first phase of trade surveillance by manual. Requirements University graduated in Finance or relevant disciplines. Minimum 6 years working experience in securities industry or related field with managerial skills. Qualifications in HKSI related areas are required. Good understanding in securities trading and operational procedures. Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Putonghua. Proficient computer knowledge including MS Office.
