AVP, Product Development (Securities Products - Consumer Banking) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Assist the product manager to develop Securities product suite including local and overseas securities trading services Support the formulation of business plans to drive Securities business and services to meet business targets; Develop and execute marketing plans and promotions; Work with the Product manager on Securities related projects and trading platforms; Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and delivery; Keep abreast of the latest market and industry development to upkeep the Bank's market competitiveness in terms of product and customer experience; Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and bank policies in distribution of the product; Prepare sales tracking and business analysis for management review; Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager from time to time. Requirements University degree holders Experience in banking industry will be an advantage Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Securities business. Experience in US securities trading will be an advantage Knowledge on securities products and respective regulatory requirements Good analytical and project management skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) Strong PC skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
