Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, detail-minded, and tech-savvy Officer / Senior Officer to support our TR Administration Department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational assistance, coordinate with advisers and internal teams, and help apply social media and AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, communication, and engagement. Job Responsibilities Provide full administrative and operational support to the TR Administration team. Coordinate adviser onboarding, licensing, training, and record maintenance. Prepare internal reports, presentations, and communication materials for management and team use. Support the planning and execution of team activities, meetings, and departmental events. Manage internal communications through digital and social platforms. Create and schedule internal posts or notices for adviser communication. Apply AI and digital tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, Excel automation, or CRM systems) to improve workflow efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline data flow and communication processes. Handle ad-hoc administrative duties and project support as assigned. Job Requirements Diploma or above in Business, Communications, or related disciplines. 2–4 years of administrative or operations experience (experience in financial or insurance industry preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Tech-savvy and familiar with major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat). Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, Google Workspace). Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently.
