About the Team A specialized team focused on driving the development and profitability of the USA and LATAM Ocean freight trade lane business from the Hong Kong office. About the Job This pivotal role is responsible for the strategic development and profitable growth of the USA and LATAM trade lane. You will be hands‑on in closing new ocean freight business and implementing effective pricing strategies. A key function is acting as the central coordinator: monitoring sales pipelines between partners, supporting overseas colleagues on sales and pricing, and collaborating with field sales on joint calls. The role also demands strong financial and compliance rigor, including contributing to the RFQ process, monitoring AR under company policy, and ensuring CRM entry. Skills & Experiences Required Expertise in trade lane development and Ocean freight logistics. Strong abilities in sales performance monitoring and driving pipelines across multiple partners/regions. Proven skills in pricing strategy and achieving high customer retention. Strict adherence to corporate policies for agent contract processes. Key Responsibilities Develop the USA & LATAM network and continuously close new Ocean freight business opportunities on this trade lane. Implement effective pricing strategies and sales campaigns to sustain profitable growth. Foster own business pipeline to contribute to the trade lane's bottom line and achieve the plan. Actively engage and contribute to regional and China procurement teams for the RFQ process. Control Accounts Receivable (AR) and actively follow up on AR for all LATAM Trade customers.
