Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners ("SHKCP") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai & Co. Ltd. (SEHK: 86.HK) dedicated to fund management business. SHKCP carries SFC Type 1, 4 & 9 licenses in Hong Kong. The group holds substantial investments across numerous asset classes, while specializing in alternative investments such as in private equity and hedge funds. The group is building out its offering to serve a select number of family offices, UHNWs and institutional investors.

To support this effort, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing professional to join us. Based in Hong Kong, this role will be pivotal in driving the firm's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and client engagement across global markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in asset management or alternative investments, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning in the asset management and alternative investment sectors.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue growth targets.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, and digital content, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience within the asset management, funds management, or alternative investment platforms industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a global or regional capacity.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and client needs in the asset management space.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
