Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties in the sales office, including processing bills, preparing contracts, calculating sales commissions, etc. Assist in handling HR administrative duties, such as leave & attendance management and recruitment support. Maintain filing system and keep accounting records. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements Diploma holder in Business Administration or related studies. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Property Management field, including administration, personnel and book‑keeping, preferably gained at a sizable corporation or property management company. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing. Proactive, detailed‑minded and well‑organised.
