Manager - Business Proposition

This role is to drive product and content development with data analytics to champion BCT’s strategic proposition, manage corporate projects to capitalize business opportunities and establish divisional governance to enhance operational efficiency by contributing in two or more of the following workstreams: Product, Content, Data, Project or Governance. Key Responsibilities Execute multi-source advisory strategy and develop actionable plans Engage asset managers for product development and assist with product changes and development Develop new advisory tools and enhance existing tools Interact with external experts for content development and prepare standard reporting content for clients and distributors Monitor divisional performance and risk indicators Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and manage corporate projects and vendors’ service delivery Perform other duties and projects assigned from time to time Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder in business discipline Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in client services preferably in pension/financial/consulting industry Good project management skills and proficiency in computer skills Strong communication skills and good stakeholder management Be innovative and agile in work process and achieve business model sustainability Strong initiative with customer-oriented mindset Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua Knowledge of MPF and ORSO schemes is an added advantage Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Banking, Insurance, and Pension Funds #J-18808-Ljbffr
