We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Manager, Proposition . Principal Responsibilities In this role you will Contribute to launching proposition initiatives and implementing business strategies in Premier segment Support the development of Premier proposition features and benefits by driving key enhancement projects and working with partners across products, second line of defence, channels, sales, marketing, and others Support the implementation of business strategies to achieve portfolio growth in terms of customer number or income and improve customer experience Develop analysis of Premier portfolio and utilize insights to achieve business objectives Track relevant performance indicators versus benchmarks, in particular acquisition and portfolio growth Support special projects in relation to Premier proposition enhancement Liaise with key stakeholders including Retail Distribution, Channel, Product teams, Marketing, Business Transformation, Compliance and Legal, etc. to facilitate development and implementation of initiatives and projects Qualifications To be successful you will need University degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline Solid understanding of Wealth & Personal Banking business and strategy Strong analytical and strategic mindset Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
