As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a highly specialized Pre‑sales / Key Account / Channel Partner Executive to drive our strategic initiatives in Hong Kong. Your Role We are looking for one additional headcount to join the Commercial team, focusing on client follow‑up, solution alignment, and partner/channel coordination. This role is flexible in scope, depending on the candidate’s background; it can lean toward pre‑sales support, key account management, or channel partner execution, with the shared goal of driving client engagement and deal progression. Key Responsibilities Actively follow up with existing and potential clients after demos, meetings, and proposals. Coordinate next steps with clients to move opportunities forward (PoC, pricing, proposal, contract). Serve as a key contact point to ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Support pre‑sales activities such as solution explanation, demo coordination, PoC follow‑up and requirement clarification. Work closely with Pre‑sales Engineers / Technical teams to translate client needs into workable solutions. Assist in preparing basic proposals, solution summaries, and presentation materials. Support key accounts or channel partners by maintaining regular communication and follow‑ups. Coordinate with channel partners on opportunities, client requirements, and deal status. Ensure partners and clients receive timely updates and proper internal support. Work closely with Sales, Pre‑sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment. Track opportunity status, follow‑ups, and client feedback in CRM or internal trackers. Requirements Must‑have: Experience in B2B environments (IT solutions, software, hardware, or technology services). Strong client communication and follow‑up skills. Comfortable working across functions (sales, technical, partners). Good command of English and Cantonese. Nice‑to‑have: Pre‑sales or solution support experience. Key Account Management or Customer Success background. Experience working with channel partners / resellers / system integrators. Exposure to AI, software products, or enterprise IT solutions.
