We are seeking a talented candidate to take on the responsibilities of Key Accounts Manager for the Chinese Dining channel: What you’ll be doing: Executing sales strategies & plans for designated key customers as per the team’s sales objectives & targets defined every year. Identifying and maximizing potential opportunities/growth pockets through leveraging the company’s strong product portfolio and professional services. Negotiating customer contracts in accordance with the overall company sales strategy. Maintaining good customer relationships with professional service and be the preferred business partner of our customers. Planning, implementing, and monitoring sales and promotion activities, including sales event execution. Volume & profit management, with effective Value Management execution in the channel. Staying on top of channel trends and the market’s latest information with recommended action steps to sustain our leadership position and win in the channel. Responsible for the team’s operation and coordination of the sales force related to assigned customers. Responsible for the team’s capability building and coaching sales team members on daily operations. Handling of payment collection issues. Working hours: Mon - Fri: 10:00 - 20:00 What we’re looking for: Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience (Beverage industry is preferred). Strong networking, excellent in interpersonal & customer service skills with a pleasant & outgoing personality. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results and achieve targets. Experience in people management. Strong numeric sense with good analytical skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferred). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Manager.
