Responsibilities Act as a primary liaison for assigned retail accounts, fostering strong and trusted relationships with buyers and store managers. Proactively manage day-to-day account inquiries, including product availability, order status, and promotional details. Maintain and update account‑specific information and contact details in the system. Support the development and execution of tailored account plans and promotional activities. Assist in monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and conducting post‑event analysis. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues. Contribute to planning, forecasting, and other ad hoc projects as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field. Minimum 1 year experience in key account management; FMCG industry preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
