Key Account Manager / Assistant Key Account Manager (FMCG Skincare) Collaborate with retail chains to plan and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at achieving key business objectives, including sales targets and growth. Develop sales forecasts and plans for promotions, new product launches, and in-store activities, while managing budgets effectively. Negotiate with buyers to secure new product listings, promotional opportunities, in-store visibility, planogram placements, and favorable trading terms. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sales activities, promotional campaigns, and displays within chain stores to drive continuous improvement. Maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts to align on business goals. Identify and pursue new business and channel opportunities to expand market reach. Undertake ad hoc assignments as needed to support business objectives. Requirements University graduate in Business, Marketing or equivalent At least 5 years solid experience in FMCG / beauty industry Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills Detail‑oriented with a proactive and positive attitude Ability to work under pressure and embrace challenges Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager Immediate available is highly preferred. 5‑day work week, performance bonus, medical insurance, purchase discounts benefit on company products.
