Administrative Officer

Coordinate the daily tasks of the field operative staff, including performance guidance. Ensure all administrative functions (including field personnel) are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Serve as the main point of escalation for complex administrative issues. Core Administration & Correspondence Management Sort, distribute, and file all internal and external correspondences and mail collected by the field operative staff. Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring document retrieval is swift and compliant with internal protocols. Manage office inventory, monitor supply levels, and execute timely procurement of office supplies, pantry items, and equipment as needed. Event & Ancillary Support Provide assistance for internal and external events and gatherings, including setup and coordination. Manage food and beverage ordering for events and gatherings. Assist in onboarding new staff regarding office procedures and equipment usage. Ad-hoc Duties & Special Projects Provide general administrative support to senior staff as requested. Execute any ad-hoc duties, special projects, or assignments as directed by the supervisor. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in a demanding administrative or office support role. Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, or coordinating a small team or administrative function. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Critical Attributes for Success Resilience and Composure Under Pressure: The capacity to take stress and remain calm and effective is essential.
