Handle full set of accounts, prepare bank reconciliations, monthly financial reports, accounting schedules, etc. Handle payments, receipts and expense reimbursement. Submit the monthly financial reports on time. Prepare weekly cash flow forecast and day-to-day cash management function. Assist in audit and tax matters. Manage office administrative and clerical tasks, including vehicle license renewal, tenancy agreement, etc. Work closely with the outsourced company secretary to maintain the company's statutory documents. Occasional travel to Southern China (Day trip). Assist in other accounting and clerical tasks and ad-hoc assignments for the Group. Qualifications Higher Diploma holder or above in Finance & Accounting or equivalent. LCCI Level 3 or above. Student or member of HKICPA / ACCA will be a plus. At least 3 years relevant experience. Experience in company secretarial work is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel (e.g. Vlookup and Pivot Table). Proactive, detail-oriented, hard-working, willing to learn, mature and strong sense of responsibility. Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
