Our client is a large technology corporation established by the Hong Kong Government, they are currently seeking an Assistant Officer to join their team. Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for talent events and activities, such as sharing sessions, engagement events & visits, recruitment fairs, offsite meeting etc. Provide administrative support for various team projects and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment activities and onboarding arrangements. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from Talent Pool Platform users via phone, email, and chat. Collaborate across teams to enhance the user experience of the talent pool platform. Perform any other ad‑hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisor. Requirements Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines; higher diploma holder also considered. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; candidate with customer service or technical support experience will have an added advantage. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Proactive and fast learner, agile in learning and applying new methodologies and technologies. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
