FMCG Account Management Role (Executive to Manager | Skincare | FMCG) We are currently partnering up with a FMCG MNC Skincare Company, looking for multiple account management candidates, ranging from executive, assistant manager and manager. Job Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chain stakeholders to ensure consistent product availability and maximize sales performance. Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key accounts to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, optimize assortment, and implement effective merchandising strategies. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, resolve stock issues, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and in-store activations with pharmacy partners to drive consumer engagement and brand visibility. Job Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with proven experience in FMCG sales and account management. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage pharmacy chain stakeholders and secure favorable agreements and promotions. Excellent analytical ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and develop actionable strategies for revenue growth and brand visibility. Proficiency in inventory planning and supply coordination to ensure timely product availability and minimize stock-outs across pharmacy locations. Effective communication and presentation skills to influence decision-makers, lead joint business planning, and execute collaborative marketing initiatives.
