Key Account Manager/ Senior - FMCG Brand Our client, a leading FMCG brand with iconic brand name is looking for a key account manager/ senior to join their commercial team to achieve commercial objectives. Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to maximise share of wallet. Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements. Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute in-store activation's and promotional campaigns. Ensure optimal product assortment, shelf placement, and visibility. Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making. Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management/ Trade Marketing/ Category management within FMCG. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Job Offer Permanent position with opportunities for career advancement.
