Duration Full‑time Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for our ambitious revenue generation. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, cultivating client relationships, and encouraging cross‑functional collaboration. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and shaping the future success of our company. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. This is an individual contributor position, with potential for expanded responsibilities over time. This role reports to the Managing Director. Responsibilities Sales Management: Work with colleagues and other internal stakeholders to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide strategic direction to drive results. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives, and position our solutions as the ideal fit. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to the executive team. Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and implementation consulting teams to align strategies, communicate customer feedback, and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Market Insights: Gather insights from the market and clients to provide valuable input into product development and innovation. Contribute to the refinement of our offerings based on customer feedback. Identify partnership opportunities: Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand. Maintain existing business: Think critically when planning to assure project success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Proven track record of at least 4 years in software/SaaS sales. Focused and goal‑oriented. Integrity, high energy and a team player. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Results‑oriented with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets. Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Adaptability to a fast‑paced and evolving work environment. Previous Start‑up experience would be advantageous. Fluent in Cantonese and proficiency in English as you will be working with Cantonese‑speaking clients. Willingness to travel within the Asia‑Pacific region and occasionally internationally.
