Responsibilities You will play a pivotal role in shaping a people-first culture at URA. Staff Relations: Manage staff relations matters, including grievances, misconduct, and disputes. Provide expert advice to management and ensure compliance with employment related regulations. Strategic Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies that promote transparency, leadership visibility, and employee alignment with organisational goals. Employee Engagement: Design and execute impactful initiatives that enhance employee experience, including employee engagement surveys, wellness programmes, recognition schemes, and organization-wide events that foster well‑being and employee engagement. Leadership Support: Partner with senior management to foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and employee‑centric decision‑making, driving engagement and strategic alignment across the organisation. Resource Management: Oversee engagement budgets and monitor key metrics for continuous improvement, ensuring resources are strategically deployed to support a dynamic, mission‑driven workplace. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years at the management level in sizeable organisations. Strong understanding of Hong Kong employment related regulations and hands‑on experience with digital communication tools and employee engagement platforms. Strategic thinker with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities. Hands‑on experience of PC operations and knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Generative AI applications.
