HR-Senior Manager, Employee Relationship My client is a MNC consulting firm and they are looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Relations position . This person will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters. This role is responsible for driving fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices across the organization, while fostering a positive workplace culture. As an individual contributor, the incumbent will lead initiatives, provide guidance to HR partners and business leaders, and manage sensitive cases with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities Employee Relations Advisory Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Ensure alignment with company policies, labor laws, and best practices. Case Management Independently manage complex and high‑risk employee relations cases from intake to resolution. Conduct thorough investigations, prepare documentation, and recommend appropriate actions. Policy & Compliance Review, interpret, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor regulations and global standards. Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate risk and ensure consistent application of policies. Training & Capability Building Develop and deliver training programs for managers and HR teams on employee relations, conflict management, and workplace conduct. Act as a thought leader in promoting employee engagement and workplace fairness. Data & Insights Analyze employee relations trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities. Provide reports and recommendations to senior leadership to improve organizational culture and reduce ER issues. Strategic Projects Lead or support organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, workplace investigations, and culture transformation. Serve as a key contributor in cross‑functional HR projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field; Master’s preferred. 8+ years of progressive HR/Employee Relations experience, with strong expertise in case management and labor law-preferably within a multinational organization or professional services. Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex employee relations issues with discretion and sound judgment. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Experience working in multinational or complex organizational environments preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
