Senior Human Resources Specialist – CLP Power Hong Kong Limited Working Location: Kai Tak, KowloonEmployment Duration: 24 months Key Responsibilities Provide wide-range support for execution of industrial relations strategies, including union liaison, employee sentiment sense check, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Coordinate and implement employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms to enhance a constructive, inclusive, and productive workplace. Assist in rollout of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent understanding and application across business units. Provide guidance to line managers on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and performance conversations. Monitor employee sentiment and workplace dynamics, escalating trends or concerns to management for strategic review. Facilitate employee relations training sessions and workshops to build awareness and capability among supervisors and team leads. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance standards. Prepare reports, necessary documentation, and insights on employee relations to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and change management programs, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and employment legislation. Requirements A recognized Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable organization, with a focus on employee relations and communication considered advantageous. Fully conversant with the labour legislations in Hong Kong. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Performance-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
