Perform routine quality management tasks, including drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), following up on deviations, conducting risk assessments, and managing change control processes. Coordinate with other departments and sections to support QA-related activities and ensure compliance. Assist with ad-hoc QA projects and other tasks as assigned by the QA Manager. Support the alignment of operational risk management strategies with HKMA guidelines, focusing on operational resilience and business continuity planning. Requirements: Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, University Degree, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in complaint handling, or a related role within the banking and financial services industry. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Officer.
