Experience in fintech, brokerage, or digital platforms is highly preferred Proven success in building and scaling partnership or referral programs Strong interpersonal, commercial negotiation, and presentation skills Familiarity with Hong Kong’s financial ecosystem and regulatory environment (experience with SFC‑licensed firms is a plus) Highly self‑driven and adaptable in a fast‑paced startup environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus) We offer competitive remuneration package & career prospects to the right candidate.
