We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Science and Technology:
Research Assistant I/II (R6680) (S&T) - (2500005) JobFull-time R&D

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting various experiments in the science laboratory and field sites;
- Conducting analysis on samples collected from field sites;
- Working with the Principal Investigator / supervisors to prepare report writing;
- Conducting other research activities as instructed by the Principal Investigator / supervisors.
Candidates
- A Master’s degree or above in Environmental Science / Molecular Biology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Geography / Soil Science or a related discipline (for Research Assistant I) ;
- A Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Science / Molecular Biology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Geography / Soil Science or a related discipline (for Research Assistant II) ;
- Research experience in mangrove sediment or greenhouse gas measurement is preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility, effective organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Very good command of English and Chinese;
- Preference will be given to those with technical experiences in greenhouse gas measurement, GC-MS, and ICP-MS.
