We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences :

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will mainly assist the Principal Investigator in the research project “Dying in place in residential care homes for the elderly: Moving towards dignified end”. The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Assisting in participants’ recruitment;
- Assisting in conducting interviews;
- Conducting literature review on relevant topics;
- Drafting of reports and presentations;
- Providing research-related assistance.
For part-time position(s), the appointee will be normally assigned to work not more than 17 hours per week.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A recognized Master’s degree or above, preferably in healthcare, social science or related disciplines (for Temporary / Part-time Research Assistant I);
- A recognized Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in healthcare, social science or related disciplines (for Temporary / Part-time Research Assistant II);
- Proficient in MS Office Words, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficient in SPSS will be an advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility, able to work independently;
- Patience to work with older adults.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary part-time (for Part-time Research Assistant I/II) or a temporary full-time (for Temporary Research Assistant I/II) contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
