Business Development Director – Channel & Product Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute Chinese technologies sales strategies tailored to the Hong Kong and Macau Market, ensuring alignment with vendor and partner goals. Set KPIs, track performance, and provide training to enhance team capabilities. Strengthen relationships with resellers, VARs, MSPs, and system integrators focused on Chinese IT products. Identify, onboard and enable new partners to expand volume‑driven distribution for brands such as Ruijie, Dahua, and Yealink. Collaborate with vendors to secure joint business plans, promotions, and rebate programs. Drive both high-volume (box‑moving) and high-value (solution‑based) sales. Develop targeted campaigns to promote our vendor solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools. Provide insights on market reception of Chinese IT solutions and recommend adjustments to strategy. Work closely with vendors, marketing, and technical teams to ensure partner enablement and sales readiness. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Experience 7+ years in IT sales/business development. 3+ years in managing sales teams. Strong existing relationships with local channel partners. Skills Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Strong understanding of Chinese IT market dynamics and vendor ecosystems. Ability to position Chinese solutions vs. Western competitors in the market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
