- Effectively expand and develop future Medical Affairs team.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and overall performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to affiliate leadership as a member of the management team.
- Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MPH, PharmD, M.D. or Ph.D.) in a scientific discipline is required.
- Fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese +/- Mandarin).
- Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience, especially Medical Affairs related experiences in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience at a managerial level.
- Experience in working in a multinational pharmaceutical company is required.
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong influencing skills.
- Excellent oral and presentation skills.
- Strong active listening and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated high adaptability in changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment independently.
- Agile, flexible, energetic, reliable, trustworthy, team player.
