We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Reward+. In this role you will: Commercialization of Reward+ and RewardCash: Lobby and drive use cases with internal stakeholders to increase the adoption and usage of Reward+ and RewardCash Implement strategies to commercialize digital rewards and increase customer engagement. Monitor and analyze program performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and optimize through data driven insights Journey Development: Lead the creation and implementation of new digital rewards journeys where applicable Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer-centric rewards propositions. Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to enhance the rewards experience. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital rewards. Analyze competitor offerings to ensure HSBC's rewards remain competitive. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings. Partnership and Vendor Management: Identify and engage with third-party partners and vendors to expand the rewards ecosystem. Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure alignment with HSBC's goals. Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with HSBC standards. App Support and Customer Experience: Help to oversee daily operations of the digital rewards app to ensure optimal performance. Address and resolve technical issues and customer inquiries promptly. Implement customer feedback to continuously improve app functionality and user experience. To be successful you will need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field Proven experience in partnerships, digital rewards, loyalty programs, or a similar role Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies, project management and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors Proficiency in data analytics and customer insights Strong communication and interpersonal skills Opening up a world of opportunity HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
