Business Development Manager (Healthcare) We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth in the Hong Kong healthcare market. This is a local Hong Kong-based role focused on expanding our client base, strengthening market presence, and supporting the worldwide expansion. Responsibilities Proactively grow the client network and referral channels across Hong Kong and, where opportunities arise, worldwide. Formulate and execute targeted outreach strategies to acquire new business clients. Build and develop relationships with private hospitals, clinic chains, medical groups, health insurers, laboratories, and other healthcare providers. Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, business contacts, and key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing partnership development. Plan, organize, and host seminars, workshops, webinars, and educational events (both in-person in HK and virtual for international audiences) to showcase our services and generate qualified leads globally and build brand credibility. Provide local and international market intelligence and client feedback to shape global service expansion strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of business development / sales experience selling healthcare-related services. Existing network within Hong Kong’s private and public healthcare sectors is a strong advantage. Hands‑on experience organizing seminars, webinars, or educational events. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently. Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
