Director - Migas Restaurant Concepts Group Add expected salary to your profile for insights Elite Concepts is joint venturing with Migas Restaurant Concepts Group to bring MIGAS, our acclaimed Western Mediterranean cuisine concept to Hong Kong. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead the successful launch and operational success of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision and operational plans to position it as a premier Western Mediterranean dining destination, aligning with group objectives and market trends. Brand Development & Customer Experience: Uphold the brand’s identity, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and adapt offerings to meet local market preferences. Market Trends & Innovation:Monitor industry trends and incorporate new concepts, techniques, and menu innovations to keep the restaurant competitive. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key point of contact between the joint venture partners, group management, and external stakeholders. Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Drive revenue growth, control costs, and optimize profitability. Operational Management: Lead and guide the Restaurant General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and customer experience. Sales & Marketing: Lead the Restaurant General Manager for the development and execution of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and events to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. Human Resources & Administration: Lead the Restaurant General Manager in managing all aspects of recruitment, training, staff development, and performance management to build a motivated and professional team. Procurement & Supply Chain: Lead the Restaurant General Manager in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and oversee procurement processes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Job Requirements: 10+ years of proven experience as a Director, General Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with international or Mediterranean cuisine; Proven track record of successfully opening and managing high-end restaurants or F&B brands in Hong Kong or overseas markets; Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and problem-solving capabilities; Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to manage budgets, and operational KPIs; Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills; Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages in line with the market rate to the right candidate.
