To plan and develop our people element to complement our growth, we are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful launch and ongoing operation of our new Mediterranean cuisine restaurant - MIGAS which is managed by Elite Concepts. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations to achieve excellence in service, quality, and profitability; Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner to offer exceptional dining experience and handle guests' enquiries and complaints; Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels; Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction; Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; Oversee marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain customers; Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness in accordance with brand and health regulations; Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure a motivated and skilled team; Foster a positive and welcoming environment that encourages teamwork and staff retention; Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners; Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including health and safety standards; Job Requirements Minimum 5-8 years proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Operation Manager in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a Mediterranean or similar cuisine restaurant; Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and a desire to promote authentic flavors; Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong leadership and team management skills; Self-motivated, energetic, hard working, with strong sense of business acumen; Solid understanding of financial management and operational metrics; Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards; We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages in line with the market rate to the right candidate.
