Executive Chef - Migas Restaurant Concepts Group Elite Concepts is joint venturing with Migas Restaurant Concepts Group to bring MIGAS, our acclaimed Western Mediterranean cuisine concept to Hong Kong. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead the successful launch and culinary operational success of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities Lead the Head Chef and whole culinary team in preparing and presenting authentic Western Mediterranean dishes; Uphold the brand standards and ethos of Migas Group Concepts in all aspects of culinary operations; Develop, update, and innovate menu offerings to ensure variety, quality, and seasonality; Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, planning, and implementing new concepts; Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and ingredients; Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with local regulations; Lead the Head Chef in controlling food costs, managing inventory, and minimizing waste to ensure profitability; Guide the Head Chef to recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a motivated and skilled team; Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes served. Job Requirements 5 - 8 years proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with international or Mediterranean cuisine; Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred; Proven track record of leading the culinary operation of restaurants or F&B brands in Hong Kong or overseas markets; Strong knowledge of Western Mediterranean culinary techniques and ingredients; Exceptional leadership and team management skills; Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; Creative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences; Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices; Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
