We are now seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director (2‑year term contract) to join our team. Job Summary The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and cultivate customer loyalty across all our restaurant locations. This leadership role requires a creative, strategic thinker and results‑driven professional, ideally within the food and beverage or hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to position the brand effectively in the market. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content creation, email campaigns, and online advertising. Drive sales growth through targeted promotions, partnerships, and community engagement. Oversee branding, advertising, and public relations efforts to strengthen brand awareness. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand standards and customer experience goals. Manage a marketing budget and measure the ROI of marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and industry partners. Lead and inspire a marketing team, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5‑8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a data‑driven approach. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
