Care to be a part of this revolution? Join us Key Responsibilities Shape the business model and roadmaps for the vertical, from supply to demand to business strategy and technology innovation. Lead initiatives and work with cross functional teams globally to drive vertical performance at scale, such as customer satisfaction, traffic channels, supply coverage, inventory availability, pricing, profitability, costs, content, booking experience etc. Work with our product & technology teams to improve exposure, usability and conversion rate of booking processes on Klook’s mobile app, website, and other distribution channels. Extract business data and implement mechanisms to monitor and analyze commercial and operational performance. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Design, build, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using Tableau and Google Sheets to visualize data effectively. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting and analysis activities. Collaborate closely with various internal functions (e.g., marketing, supplier operations, customer service, finance) to maximize sales, ensure alignment, enhance operational efficiency, drive user acquisition and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Need Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, planning, business intelligence, or data analysis role. Experience in OTA, ecommerce, or tech startups is a plus. Strong understanding of the telecommunications or mobile technology industry, with specific knowledge of eSIM technology is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication; both written and verbal. Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred. Fluent in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. A start‑up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required. Globally‑minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones.
