Identify gaps and opportunities in supply coverage, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience. Partner with regional teams to ensure alignment between demand generation, supply investment, and commercial priorities. Provide insights and recommendations on funnel efficiency, identifying where user journey or acquisition friction impacts conversion and room‑night growth. Develop Clear Program Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Lead strategic projects and able to measure impact, review performance and identify sustainability of long‑term plans (e.g., direct supply expansion, Stay+ programs, content enhancement, fulfillment improvement). Work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery. Create visibility through structured project tracking and regular stakeholder communication. Data & Insight Enablement Collaborate with analytics teams to design dashboards and reporting frameworks that monitor target performance dimensions. Conduct deep‑dives on the key commercial and operational areas. Translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and presentations for BU leaders and cross‑functional partners. Co‑design Product & Technology Roadmap Work with our product & technology teams to improve exposure, usability and conversion rate of booking processes on Klook’s mobile app, website, & distribution channels. What You’ll Need 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, analytics, or business operations, preferably in OTA, travel, or e‑commerce. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable handling large datasets and turning insights into business action. Good understanding of traffic dynamics and marketing economics — including paid channels, ROI optimization, and user funnel management. Strong communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex findings for non‑technical audiences. Highly collaborative and detail‑oriented, with a bias for structure and follow‑through.
