Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships with key players in the tech and travel industries to rapidly expand the eSIM business. Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns to increase Klook eSIM’s awareness and drive customer acquisition for our eSIM products. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and inform partnership and marketing strategies. Oversee budget allocation and performance metrics for all partnership and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership. Collaborate closely with various internal functions (e.g., marketing, supplier operations, customer service, finance) to maximize sales, ensure alignment, enhance operational efficiency, drive user acquisition and customer satisfaction. Contribute to quarterly strategic planning and improvement initiatives aimed at achieving supply strength metrics goals. Extract business data and implement mechanisms to monitor and analyze commercial and operational performance. What You’ll Need Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution. Experience in OTA, e‑commerce, or tech startups is a plus. Strong understanding of the telecommunications or mobile technology industry, with specific knowledge of eSIM technology is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Track record of successfully driving cross‑departmental projects is preferred. Fluent in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. A start‑up attitude—highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required. Globally‑minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data‑driven decisions.
