Business Development and Sales Executive Are you passionate about advancing AI-powered learning? Our world‑first “AIUI” interface, speech synthesis, speech recognition, and other innovations are transforming how humans interact with technology. Responsibilities Lead and execute strategic business development and sales plans to achieve company growth targets across Hong Kong and Macau. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop channel partnerships, and drive market expansion initiatives. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive pre‑sales and post‑sales support. Build strong relationships with enterprise and government clients to secure long‑term collaborations and consistently exceed sales goals. Gather market intelligence, track industry trends, and support marketing strategies with actionable business insights. Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance brand presence and expand networks. Qualifications Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant experience may also qualify. 2–5 years of demonstrated success in IT solution sales, with specific experience in AI solutions highly desirable. Proven track record and established network serving government (G) and enterprise (B) clients in the region. Strong understanding of Hong Kong and Macau’s business practices, culture, and regulatory frameworks. Prior experience in AI solutions, audiovisual technology (AV), or IT software integration is highly preferred. Willingness to undertake moderate business travel as required. Outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills. Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin are mandatory, with strong proficiency in English.
