Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Director, Business Development & Client Servicing

We are professional insurance brokers who represent clients, not insurance companies. We act as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies, helping the former find the solution that best suits their needs in terms of risk management practices and financial controls, balancing premiums against a recommended level of cover.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report to the Head of Business Strategy & Growth, this role will generate new business through networking, research, and leveraging cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong prospects pipeline, demonstrating innovation in business development.
  • Coordinate and prepare tender proposals, ensuring accurate and timely insurance placements.
  • Gather underwriting information and provide clients with tailored solutions and advisory services.
  • Establish positive relationships with corporate clients and stay updated on market trends and industry practices.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • Degree or diploma holder, with insurance qualifications to practice as an insurance broker in Hong Kong (i.e. IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is a must.
  • 5-10 years of broking/underwriting experience in the insurance industry, or more senior-level experience. Experience with global insurance programs is an advantage.
  • Skilled in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram for promoting company branding and launching marketing campaigns or events.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Highly driven and energetic with strong interpersonal communication skills, a good team player, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
