主要工作及職權職責 在日常工作中負責督導點心部之工作及控制品質以確保食品質素符合酒店標準 在日常工作中給予下屬指導及協助及監督食品製作過程及食物質素以確保符合酒店標準 負責工作地方之整潔、食物儲存方法、處理方法及器皿清潔以確保妥善清洗 協助中菜部行政總廚設計點心部款式 負責每日點心部材料訂購數量及製作數量以確保點心部有充足食品供應 協助點心部各項點心食品製作之預備工作包括份量安排、材料處理程序、預備盛載器皿及清潔製作用具 按照公司製作程序及指示,協助製作每天各款所需點心 與中菜部保持緊密合作以確保運作暢通 遵守酒店訂下之工作健康及安全守則指引 要接受酒店當局委託額外的工作及責任 入職要求 中五程度或以上並持有食物衛生經理證書 兩年或以上酒店工作經驗,最少一年相同職級 懂得食品衛生及食品安全管理系統(HACCP)將優先考慮 熟識有關廚房運作 擁有相關工作知識,以配合整體工作 能說基本中文及英語 ## More Job Information Job Function 餐飲 · 酒店 - 廚房 Location 炮台山 Employment Term 全職 Employment Term 長期 #J-18808-Ljbffr
