Reporting to Senior Manager, the incumbent works closely with both Marketing and Sales Team to execute the trade marketing strategy and promotion activities for the assigned brand to achieve the company sales target and profit. Besides, he/she will: Implement and monitor the trade promotion programs for the assigned brand based on the brand and customer strategy; Monitor the trade marketing spending for the assigned brand; Analyze and evaluate promotion effectiveness by sales performance and ROI; Liaise with agency and production house for the design of wall unit, display fixture and the execution of BTL activities; Maintain and monitor stock plan to fulfil sales demand of the assigned brand; The successful candidate will be: Degree Holder Minimum 1-year relevant experience in FMCG industry (preferably in skincare) Hands‑on experience in POSM creation and wall unit handling for retail merchandising. Proven ability to take initiative and multi‑tasking under stretched timeline Diligent, good team player with strong communication skills Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications & Chinese word processing Candidates who fit this profile will enjoy an attractive remuneration package and benefits with 5‑day work week.
