The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Design Gallery Department. Responsibilities: Assist and implement marketing activities of the DG network in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. Promote DG by coordinating with internal departments and external parties such as suppliers, IT vendor, contractors and other strategic partners. Create content and coordinate with in-house designer in developing marketing collaterals such as eDM, in-store POP, web banners and leaflets etc. Handle DG’s social media operation and optimize the usage of different platforms. Web content maintenance of DG website and online shop. Support the execution of CRM and membership loyalty program, including managing and consolidating the customers data and organizing members engagement activities. Coordinate online media campaigns and prepare post‑campaign analytics and reports. To handle ad‑hoc and ongoing projects and merchandising duties as assigned. Requirements: University graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in marketing. Experience in retail business is preferred. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge in PhotoShop and Illustrator will be an advantage. Experience in social media management and content marketing with the usage of Facebook, Instagram, Wechat and Weibo etc. Basic knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM, SEO, data analytics. Self‑motivated, outgoing, detail‑minded and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Remuneration and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
