We are looking for an energetic, motivated person as Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive to support the Company to grow. Sr Marketing Executive/Marketing Executive Qualifications Degree holder of Marketing or related disciplines Experience in social media marketing is a must Good Chinese writing skills, basic knowledge of design software (such as Canva/Photoshop) is an advantage Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Creative, self-motivated and hard-working with attention to detail Able to work independently under tight schedule Job Description Support project admin tasks including internal and external communications, coordination project meeting documents preparation Help manage key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc) and online platforms like websites, E-shop, etc to ensure information are up-to-date Prepare bilingual content for marketing collaterals including but not limited to press releases, leaflets, newsletters and other online and offline communication materials Work closely with internal parties including designers, sales team, CRM/CS team to ensure quality delivery of effective marketing collaterals Assist in promotional program and CRM initiatives that promote customer loyalty and sales conversions Liaise with different parties to ensure the delivery of accurate web content including storefront design, product shots, product information, promotion, etc Help optimize online advertisements with agency through Facebook/ SEM/ YouTube/ GDN/ SEO Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned Contact Solutions has much to offer employees, a supportive environment with a definite opportunities for career advancement.
