Senior Marketing Executive (1-year contract) The Hong Kong Trade Development Council ("HKTDC"), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high calibre candidate to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing Department. Responsibilities Assist the development of corporate marketing campaigns, including events and omnichannel marketing efforts, focused on showcasing the Council's professional image and enhancing engagement with key stakeholders. Provide marketing communications support on the Council’s key initiatives, including corporate‑theme campaigns to maximise project awareness and enhance the effectiveness of corporate marketing efforts. Coordinate with internal and external partners to create through‑the‑line materials and high‑quality content for distribution through events and various paid, earned, and owned channels. Assist in the planning and execution of event marketing, provide onsite logistics and operational support for the team to ensure smooth implementation and deliver exceptional experience for participants. Gatekeep corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to provide quality and consistent corporate brand image. Support the implementation of internal marketing activities to promote the Council’s core values. Provide efficient administrative team support, i.e., reporting, scheduling, procurements and meeting coordination. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing, public relations, and brand marketing. University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication / Journalism or related discipline. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua. Well‑versed in using MS Office. Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and organisational skills. Creative, efficient, organised, responsible with proactive attitude; able to work under pressure. Willing to work overtime, occasionally on public holidays. Remuneration and Benefits The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed‑term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs.
