This role drives both digital and offline marketing to grow brand awareness and revenue for a medical aesthetics / beauty business, covering campaigns, social media, events and performance tracking. Key responsibilities Implement 360° marketing strategies and campaigns (online and offline) to build brand awareness, acquire new customers and support sales objectives. Plan and execute always‑on digital campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and other platforms, including content planning, ad management and landing page optimization. Conduct market and competitor research to understand target audiences, trends and opportunities, and turn insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Create and manage campaign calendars, promotional mechanics and communication plans aligned with business objectives. Liaise with agencies, designers, freelancers and KOLs / influencers to deliver creative assets, media buys and collaboration campaigns that strengthen brand exposure. Organise and support online and offline events (e.g. brand events, workshops, seminars, member activities and pop‑ups), including pre‑event promotion, on‑site coordination and post‑event follow up. Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, timely posting, community management and response to enquiries or comments. Monitor and analyse KPIs such as traffic, leads, engagement, conversion and ROI, and prepare monthly reports to evaluate campaign and marketing spend effectiveness with optimisation suggestions. Collaborate closely with the teams to align offers, drive bookings, support CRM activities and enhance overall customer journey. Handle day‑to‑day marketing operations and ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines. 2–4+ years of relevant experience in marketing / digital marketing; more experience will be considered for Senior Marketing Executive. Experience in beauty, medical aesthetics, skincare, lifestyle or related industries is a strong advantage. Solid hands‑on experience in social media, digital advertising and basic analytics tools (e.g. Meta / Google / platform dashboards). Experience in planning and executing events or promotions, with good coordination and problem‑solving skills on‑site. Strong sense of branding, copy writing and content ideas for Hong Kong and Chinese‑speaking audiences. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin is an advantage. Proactive, organised, detail‑minded, able to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.
