Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations to maximize product adoption and value. Job Requirements: Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1‑3+ years of sales experience for the post of Account Manager, preferably in Audio Visual projects; less experience may be considered for Sales Executive. Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Room and Zoom Room ecosystems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non‑technical audiences. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and customer‑focused.
