Job Overview Explore new sales opportunities, carry out sales processes / activities, including attending customer meetings and preparing presentation / demonstration. Perform account servicing with existing & prospective clients. Responsibilities Handleday to day account management including liaise and build good relationship with customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies Manage assigned customer accounts to meet contract renewal target Prepare proposals to satisfy the clients' needs and requirements Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities Provide sales administration support and participate in marketing activities Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by department head Requirements Tertiary education or above in any disciplines, preferably in Business/Marketing or equivalent Minimum 2 years' working experience in account servicing and management, Customer Service, particularly in B2B business will be an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients Well versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in English and Chinese Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions Self-motivated and a good team player Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive Application Personal data provided in your application will be kept in the strictest confidence.
